The Founder
I'm Harvey Spec — a proud Texan and a family man. I built this company to serve the people who own a piece of this country.
It started when a family friend inherited rural acreage she couldn't afford to keep. The "investors" who contacted her sent lowball postcards and pressure tactics. The agents wanted a year and a 10% commission. Nobody would simply tell her what the land was worth and why.
